What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, PayPal. You can also pay with debit/credit over the phone or securely through an email invoice from QuickBooks . We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
When do I pay?
We will not ask for payment until the service is complete and you are satisfied. However, if you want to pay in advance, that can be situated. If you can not be there during the service, please contact us within 24 hours from when the service was completed to make payment arrangements.
Are You Licensed And Insured?
Yes, and yes. We are a Florida resident owned and operated business. We are proud to say that we have actually jumped through all of the hoops and paid all of the required fees to be a legal business. We would be happy to provide you with proof that have an active $2,000,000 general liability policy, and a $300,000 commercial auto policy. We are also proud to say that all of our employees are OSHA certified and trained to adhere to the Clean Water Act.

We can restore surfaces with these mineral stains but it is not included in our standard soft washing packages.
Rust, Irrigation, And Clay Stain Removal
Efflorescence is a white, crystal like or powdery deposit on masonry materials like brick, concrete, etc. caused by water seeping through the substrate. Water carries mineral salts to the surface where it is deposited as the water evaporates. We use our acid based detergents to safely remove these stains by applying them to the surface and agitating the stained area, then we rinse thoroughly with hot water at a low pressure
Efflorescence Removal
We can restore surfaces with these mineral stains but it is not included in our standard soft washing packages. These orange and red stains can be safely removed by using our oxalic acid based detergents. We allow our detergents to dwell for the appropriate amount of time while agitating the surface with a brush, then we safely rinse the surface clean with hot water at a low pressure.
Oil & Grease Stain Removal
Pores on concrete and pavers easily seep in oil and grease causing unsightly stains that are difficult to remove. Letting the oil or grease sit for a long time only makes removing these stains more difficult. Our wash technicians use the best hot water washing equipment and commercially available detergents but we still can not guarantee to completely remove some oil and grease stains. However, we can certainly lighten them and make these stains less noticeable. We let our degreasers dwell on the stain, gently scrub the stain, and, then we rinse using steaming hot water at low pressure.
Oxidation Removal
Oxidation is the chemical reaction that often causes chalky residue on surfaces such as siding, metal roofs, fascia, drip edges, and pool enclosures. If a surface is heavily oxidized it may appear streaky or leave a chalky reside on your hand when you wipe it. Keeping exterior surfaces clean will help keep the oxidation from forming however oxidation is inevitable on some surfaces. To remove oxidation, we downstream a specific detergent that is designed to remove oxidation , let it dwell, apply a second coat of detergent, let that dwell, and then rinse away the chalky residue with hot water at a low pressure.
Gutter Brightening
Gutter brightening removes the dark layer of oxidation and/or striping effect. These streaks form on the exterior surface facing of gutters when contaminants electrostatically bond to the aluminum surface, becoming embedded. These surfaces need to be cleaned with different products and different methods than standard house washing. We have a few different products that should be able to get the job done.
Unclogging Burried Downspouts
Clogging or items that are blocking your water flow can result in all types of problems. We utilize water pressure with a specialized tip to pull itself through the drain and clear it at the same time. If we are unable to remove the clog you may need to have your gutter system repaired.
Paint "Overspray" Removal
Paint can splatter and travel when aerosolized, especially when it is windy. When it lands on glass, it is called “overspray”. This overspray can be removed but it requires an extra few steps.

Hard Water Removal
Glass is porous, and corrosion will occur to a point where only 3 options will be open. First, chemical treatment. If that does not work, grinding and polishing the glass is your next step. If neither of those two does not work, you will need to replace the glass, which could potentially cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Gum Removal
While hot water pressure washers are the go to tool for gum removal, it’s not the water pressure but rather the heat that melts the gum away. Using a cold water pressure washer at high pressure can damage the concrete. It is also imperative to remove the gum as soon as you see it because gum that is left for an extended period can stain the surface due to the acidity in the saliva of the gum as well as the chemical makeup of the chewing gum, if left on the porous concrete, it can etch the concrete surface causing it to be more susceptible to the environment.
