I had been looking for a pressure cleaning company I could trust to clean my 25 year old tile roof, thinking my black algae and mold covered roof would have to be blasted clean and fearing an inexperienced company would damage it. Walking my dog on the next street I was fortunate to find Brian & Jessica just finishing a tile roof and driveway and the roof looked like new. They were professionally dressed with a fully equipped modern truck. They came over for a quote that night and I received a professional typed quote the next morning along with a copy of their liability insurance. They explained they use a chemical cleaner, low pressure and don’t even walk on the roof. Frankly, had I not seen the neighbor’s roof I would have been skeptical, as I had never seen or heard of roof cleaning other than blasting it with high pressure and requiring walking on the tile and then repairing the broken tile after.

They cleaned the roof, driveway, patio pavers around the pool and a very badly black algae covered old dock. Everything is clean beyond my expectations and they really had to work on that dock, going over it again and again until all the black was gone. Plants and shrubs were carefully covered and everything (shrubs, grass, windows, walls, and walks) was sprayed with fresh water after to remove any chemical overspray. The driveway and pool pavers were cleaned with a high pressure enclosed heavy-duty cleaner that contained the spray from blowing water and dirt all over walls and windows as with traditional wand pressure cleaners. The dock was cleaned with another head that did a deep clean without tearing up the wood on this old dock. Everything was cleaned up and put back as it was after they finished.

Brian was very knowledgeable and has extensive experience in industrial cleaning. Jessica provided the formula for the chemical spray so I can keep the algae under control and clean a white PVC fence and provided the name of another product to remove some rust stains.

This husband and wife team is exceptionally conscientious for quality workmanship, professional in every way, and I would highly recommend their services for any job.

Had them out to clean my stucco house, soffit, fascia and drip edge in preparation for repainting and touch up painting. They spot tested a small area to make sure their chemicals would not discolor the house and educated me on things I can do in the future to ensure some of my issues did not happen again. I was shocked with how clean the house became and how brilliant the whites were after they finished. They removed very difficult rust stains, mud dobbler stains, and other general dirt. They cleaned behind plants and shrubbery and took care to make sure the plants were routinely sprayed down with freshwater, but chemicals were applied to the house in a precise manner, so as to keep everything contained. Communication, scheduling, and price were all excellent as well. Thanks for the great job and I will definitely be using them again for my outdoor cleaning needs, as they really know there stuff and have equipment to handle multiple methods (soft wash, pressure wash, etc) so you know they're gonna take the right approach for each surface.

We have used Tampa Bay Soft Wash multiple times on roofs and houses, and they have always produced amazing results! We had several roofers inspect our roof and they all agreed that we had defective shingles and the only way to resolve it was to put on a new roof. Of course, we called TB Soft Wash to see if they could work their magic. They washed one of the areas that was really bad to show us that the discoloration (mold, dirt, etc.) would indeed come off and showed it to us before proceeding with the rest of the roof and our Florida room. It was unbelievable! Everything came out immaculate. They easily saved us $10K, as the roof now looks beautiful and did not need to be replaced. Brian and Jen did such a wonderful job, as they always have.

I just had Tampa Bay Soft Wash clean my roof, patio deck and screened in enclosure. Firstly they are are very nice and courteous family business. There are no rushed and high pressure sales tactics. They provided a high quality service at a reasonable price. The roof was very dirty. They brought it back to its colors with a very gentle soft wash. Before starting they were careful to provide protection to plants that were close to the house. The pool deck was extremely dirty to the point where the variations in color could barely be seen. I had been told they would have to be sealed to bring back the colors. After cleaning the colors came back dramatically compared to where they were before. I had also been told that my pool enclosure would have to be completely painted. They soft cleaned the enclosure and it looks like it was just painted. I can highly recommend them due to the excellent value, professional and dedicated service.

I bought a house and the drain in my pool deck was totally clogged. Heavy rains would flood my deck and creep up to my house so it needed to be fixed. I had several companies tell me that I had to replace it for thousands of dollars.

I called TB Soft Wash because I saw their drain cleaning video on the website. They quoted me $300 and I thought that was definitely worth a try before committing to a huge project. They came with two people and spent 3 hours thoroughly cleaning years of dirt out and then washing my pool deck so it was perfectly clean again. They even dug out a trench for the drain exit so it wouldn’t clog. They answered all of my questions on how to maintain it. After all that work, I expected a higher price but they honored the $300 quote. I’d recommend them to any family and friends with confidence.

To make things more difficult, I live in a 4 story townhouse with lots of windows from big picture windows to small bathroom windows.
I have tried quite a few window washing companies and sadly because of poor cleaning and poor business practices, I have never used the same company twice.

They were professional, efficient, nice and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price!

When we decided that our roof needed to be cleaned, I obtained three quotes. Other companies told me the whole job could be done in 1-2 hours. This company said 4-6 hours. The longer time was because they do a very detailed and thorough job. I liked that I could go to their website and read about the entire process and Jessica in the office took time to answer all of my questions. Communication was great, with frequent updates. They mentioned they offered other services but there was no high pressure sales pitch like other companies. We were so impressed we had them soft wash the roof ( so much better than pressure washing which can damage your roof) and then added in cleaning the sidewalks and driveway. We don’t think our house has ever looked this good.

I Am so grateful that one of the neighbors at my condominium complex gave me Tampa Bay Soft Wash & Pressure Wash's contact information. I was in town very briefly to get things ready to sell when my tenants moved out and discovered that they left the place absolutely horrific and had not washed the windows in the two years they lived there.

I tackled the inside myself and since it's a third floor condo on a golf course could not do the outside with a torn rotator cuff and they not only did the most AmaZing job for an excellent price but they were out there the next business day, on Monday following Thanksgiving; just in time for me to leave the next morning. I had originally hired them just to do the roof but after seeing how well they did that, I asked if they could also pressure wash the house, which they were also happy to do. Jessica & Brian & daughter pressure cleaned our drive-way, sidewalk, all paver walkways, patios, pool deck and entire exterior of our home. They were very detailed in their work and took great care with our property. They even placed all of our patio furniture back in it's place perfectly and cleaned up above and beyond! Tampa Bay Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning did a fantastic job on my house. I had them soft wash both the exterior house and roof. It’s amazing what a difference it made. My tile roof is back to being bright white and my house no longer has dirt and discoloration on the paint. They did my driveway too. I didn’t realize just how much the outside of my house needed a good cleaning until after it was soft washed. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Brian and Jessica made a great team as they worked FOUR hours to remove as much oil from my parking space. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their effort. We have all heard that soft wash kills plants. Tampa Bay Soft Wash will not kill your plants and I realized why after watching them work.

Companies looking to maximize profits want to get the job done quickly so they use a mixture that is potent and rush the job. The key to a proper soft wash is using a lighter solution, taking your time and using fresh water on the plants as you go.

Brian and Jessica take the time to do the job right. If their bid is higher it’s because quality takes time.

The channel drain on our lanai was clogged up, we needed to get it fixed before rainy season.

They came on time, gave me a heads up before arriving and were extremely friendly!

Not only did they clean it out, the diagnosed the problem causing the drain to get plugged to fix it for good.

If you have floor, french, or channel drains clogged up - give them a call. They were able to clean this channel that was full of dirt and sand, without cutting the drain covers that were fixed in place.

My house and wrap-around deck needed an intensive pressure washing, as mildew and other stains had accumulated over the past 5 years. Brian and Jessica worked as an efficient, methodical, and thorough team. My house looks rejuvenated and bright. Even the windows are sparkling now. It was an added bonus that Brian and Jessica are kind and easy to work with.

I couldn’t recommend more. They were on time and incredibly nice people. I couldn’t help but hover due to the enjoyment of watching the before and after.
